In 1994 Salmon formed a joint venture company, Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd (SHP), with the National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Co Ltd (NFUM), an investment fund with a £1 billion Property Investment Portfolio and over £11 billion of funds under management.

Salmon is one of the top independent property development companies in the UK. It is recognised for its architecturally attractive, environmentally sensitive and user friendly solutions to projects comprising offices, hotels, warehouses and major retail/leisure multi-use developments and business park schemes.
