Salmon Developments plc (Salmon) was formed in 1989 as a property development company. In 1994 Salmon formed a joint venture company, Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd, with the National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Co Ltd (NFUM), an investment fund with an £1 billion Property Investment Portfolio and over £13 billion of funds under management.

Salmon is one of the top independent property development companies in the UK. It is recognised for its architecturally attractive, environmentally sensitive and user friendly solutions to projects comprising offices, hotels, warehouses and major retail/leisure multi-use developments and business park schemes.

To date it has completed over £500 million of projects and is currently working on a development programme valued at over £350 million. All projects are managed in-house on a strict "on time and to budget" basis.
